Jim Copeland, the State of Michigan, and Bryan Dryer, ETC, will be discussing how a variety of regulations affect lead based paint when using federal funds. How does a grantee or sub grantee follow these regulations? Jim and Bryan will cover safe work practices, a general overview about what a project with lead paint should look like in process, and photo examples of good and bad setups.
